A little background about us ‪‪❤︎‬

By Camilla is a multi-fashion brand retailer offering a curated selection of fashion pieces sourced primarily from Vietnam and Thailand, with select China-sourced items and rebrands gradually being phased out as we continue to refine and elevate our collection.

We carry a thoughtfully selected range of Vietnamese fashion brands, including both established labels and a limited number of unbranded pieces sourced directly from manufacturers. Brand and product details are provided in each product description for reference.

As part of our continued expansion, By Camilla is venturing into scheduled, premium-focused pasabuy offerings, bringing carefully selected pieces from sought-after Vietnamese brands through air cargo import. Each monthly cycle will feature two curated brands, allowing us to introduce semi-high to high-tier Vietnamese labels known for their distinctive designs, quality, and elevated aesthetic.

Alongside our scheduled monthly pasabuy cycles, we also conduct physical Vietnam pasabuy events every 4–5 months (schedules are announced), offering customers access to a broader brand selection.

Retail & Pasabuy

By Camilla operates through two distinct categories: Retail and Pasabuy.

Our Retail Collection consists of both on-hand and pre-order pieces that are available for purchase directly through our website. Product and brand details are provided in each listing for easy reference.

Our Pasabuy Collection is a separate, scheduled offering focused on semi-high to high-tier Vietnamese brands and more premium, carefully selected pieces. These items are sourced specifically for each pasabuy cycle and are not part of our regular retail inventory. Pasabuy orders are placed through direct messaging with By Camilla during the designated schedule.

This distinction allows our Retail Collection to offer convenient access to on-hand and pre-order pieces, while our Pasabuy service provides a more curated and elevated selection of premium Vietnamese fashion on a scheduled basis.

Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store because most of our items are offered as pre-orders.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to place an order for an item before it's officially available for shipping. Pre-order processing typically takes 10-14 business days, after which your order will be shipped. For more details, please refer here.

Can I request a rush on pre-orders?

We’re generally unable to offer rush processing on pre-orders. While they often ship out earlier than the estimated processing times, we recommend using our standard shipping estimates as a guide to set accurate expectations.

How fast do you ship on hand pieces?

We typically process and forward your parcel to the local courier within 1–3 business days after payment is received and validated. From there, delivery times may vary depending on your location. For estimated delivery timelines after ship out, please review here.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we do offer lalamove pick up for on hand pieces only. However, please contact us directly before placing your order, as this service is not available through the website.

Where do you source your products?

Our products are primarily sourced from Vietnam, Thailand, China and some China rebrands.

Are your products true to size? 

We're a multi-brand fashion retailer, sizing can vary depending on the style, design, and brand. This can also depend on where the item is sourced—for example:

Vietnam: tends to run smaller than usual

Thailand: generally true to size

China / China Rebrands: some items run small, while others follow international sizing.

We always recommend checking the size guide and product measurements provided in each product listing for the most accurate fit. 

Do you customize colors or sizes?

No, we do not offer customization for colors or sizes. Our products are available in the sizes and colors listed on the website. Please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements to help you find the best fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, however, this website currently only accepts manual payments such as bank deposits or g cash. 

Do you accept credit card payments?

To keep our prices low and stable, we are no longer accepting credit card payments. The rising processing fees from commerce platforms and payment gateways have made it unsustainable for us to continue offering this option without increasing costs for you.

Is manual paypal option still available?

Yes, you can pay us using your PayPal account, either through your PayPal balance or a connected credit card. Please note, this method includes an additional 4.5% fee on the total amount, which is more or less PayPal's processing charge.

Will I be charged immediately for a pre-order?

Yes, when you place a pre-order, a full payment is needed for us to process your order.

Is the free shipping promo applicable to Lalamove pick-up orders?

No, the free shipping promotion only applies to standard shipping through regular courier. If you choose Lalamove for pick-up, the delivery cost will be your responsibility.

Can I combine pre-order items with in-stock items in one order?

Yes, however, we recommend placing separate orders if you’d like to receive in-stock items sooner. Pre-order items will ship once they are available, which may delay the entire order if combined with in-stock products as they will be shipped altogether.

Why was my order divided into two or more packages?

How do I know which size to order?

We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page that you can check for reference. However, take note that all measurements are manually measured and may be off by 1-2cm.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to locations within the Philippines.
