Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store because most of our items are offered as pre-orders.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to place an order for an item before it's officially available for shipping. Pre-order processing typically takes 10-14 business days, after which your order will be shipped. For more details, please refer here.

Are your products locally made?

No, our products are not locally made. We source our items from trusted suppliers and manufacturers to bring you high-quality, stylish pieces.

Do you customize colors or sizes?

No, we do not offer customization for colors or sizes. Our products are available in the sizes and colors listed on the website. Please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements to help you find the best fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, however, this website currently only accepts manual payments such as bank deposits or g cash. If you wish to pay via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal please order via our other website bycamilla.co 

Will I be charged immediately for a pre-order?

Yes, when you place a pre-order, a full payment is needed for us to process your order.

Can I combine pre-order items with in-stock items in one order?

Yes, however, we recommend placing separate orders if you’d like to receive in-stock items sooner. Pre-order items will ship once they are available, which may delay the entire order if combined with in-stock products as they will be shipped altogether.

How do I know which size to order?

We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page that you can check for reference. However, take note that all measurements are manually measured and may be off by 1-2cm.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to locations within the Philippines.
